August 30th GSB shoot

The shoot on August 30 was a good turnout.  There were 61 adults and 12 children. We hope it to be the same or better on October 25, 2009.

I would like to inform all archers that we have quite a few new targets such as the Polar Bear, Mountain Grizzly, Russian Boar, Bowhunters Buck and many more.   Hope to see many archers at the shoot.

Thank you,

John Leone

GSB Delegates needed

We need two volunteers to attend the Granite State Bowhunters meetings in NH.  If anyone is interested, see John Leone, or call him at 781-321-9244.

Again, we would like you members to participate in your club and we would appreciate some input from you.  Those of you who would like to join the Andover Sportsmen's Club, applications are available anytime at the club.

If you would like to join Granite State Bowhunters, applications are available only at the archery 3-D shoots.

Archers ---  The 15 butts that were on the course are going to be moved to the shooting animals on the 3-D course.  Remember to follow the arrows and orange tape.  Any questions see John or one of the maintenance crew.

To you archers, of which I know there is over one hundred, come to the club to see and enjoy the course.  We now have 3-D targets as well as butts on the course for you to practice with.

Come to the club on Sunday mornings, enjoy a good breakfast and rekindle old friendships.  Breakfast is only $4.00 and a wonderful meal it is.

We are looking for more ideas and input.

Come on down.  This is your club and range, so come and enjoy it.

Remember

Stay straight as the arrow
